Can I cancel my order once it is placed?
As soon as you place your order, we immediately process it in our inventory so unfortunately, you cannot cancel placed orders. Please be certain before completing the checkout. If you would like to return your item once you receive it, you can do so in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Also, please be sure to enter the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address provided by the purchaser.
- Do you offer price adjustments?
In order to provide a wide selection of products & brands, we work with a variety of third party vendors.We work hard with these partners to offer competitive pricing on our products. However, the prices on our website change often and we are not able to offer price adjustments once an order has been shipped.
- What does final sale mean?
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. Please contact us if you have any questions prior to placing your order.
- If I receive the wrong item in my order, or a damaged item do I have to pay to ship it back?
No way! Give our web team a buzz at +44 7508 305 377 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a prepaid label to return it to us!
- Can I have my order redirected to a different address?(shipped)
Please note that once your order has been shipped and in transit, we will not be able to update the shipping address.
If the original address is a valid address, the parcel will be delivered there. You can contact your local post office when it arrives there, to see if they are still able to forward the package or redirect it for you.
If the original address is invalid, your package will be undeliverable and returned to our warehouse. You can contact our Customer Care Team with the order number. We’ll be more than happy to help!
- Is there a way to be notified when certain products are restocked?
Yes! If a product is out of stock in your desired size you will see a green “notify me” tab on the left side of the screen. Click it and you may enter your email address to be notified if that item in that size becomes available again. You can also call our store to be added to a call list to receive a phone call! Also a great way to stay in the know about new arrivals and restocks is to become a fan on our Facebook page and follow us on Instagram.
- Is your store closed?
Our store is now OPEN! Come in, we can’t wait to see you! Our store will be cleaned, our teams will be wearing masks, and we will be practicing social distancing. We will also provide disposable masks and hand sanitizer for you.
- Will I be charged a customs tax?
Customs taxes vary by country and will be charged according to the local customs policies. If you were required to pay a customs fee, please contact our Customer Care Team for further assistance.
